Women in midlife are, in some ways, a bundle of contradictions. They feel younger than they are and still love to dance to the same rock they danced to as a teenager. They certainly don’t feel “old” and they have a bucket list that requires three lives to finish! At the same time, they are time limited — they take care of children and aging parents while also pursuing careers. Self-care is often the first thing to go.
Companies are starting to pay attention to our health needs during menopause and some are improving how they portray us. But our lives are about more than just challenges. Our lives are about opportunities, the many goals and desires that are still to come. We want products and services we need today but we also want inspiration for our tomorrow.
